- Packing to go home for Christmas! This makes me so very excitable, I will be working my little socks off the whole time, but atleast I get to sing Christmas tunes and be merry! I love wrapping presents and this means I get them by the bucket load to do! Yay!
- New Shoes. It's amazing just how wonderful a new pair of shoes can make you feel. I have had no reason to wear mine as of yet, but will find a reason to, even if it is just hidden under the table for Christmas dinner!
- My boyfriend. Ok so completely cliche, but he really is my life line. He reads out loud to me, makes me dinner and instead of buying me flowers, he made me home made Jam Tarts! Talk about a cutie! He accepts my cleaning obsessiveness and all my other little quirks and I can't ever thank him enough for it!
- Christmas Movies. Watching Elf under the duvet with a cup-a-soup is a wonderful way to spend a day, I would recommend it to anyone!
- Handing in Essays. Whilst I struggled to finish one of my assignments, the shivery feeling I got when I posted it into the box was incredible! To know that I am 1 down 2 to go is just ace! I will be working hard to get a 1st this year, not getting one last year really bummed me out so the hours spent in the library will be well worth it!

The Clothes Show '08
Ok so this weekend I went on a trip home to collect my tickets for the clothes show! I went on Saturday and it was the most amazing day! I went with my boyfriends sister and we had so much fun. We saw some mini catwalks by, Dolce & Gabbana, John Galliano, Giles Deacon & Burberry, to name but a few. We also saw some collections by design college students which were ace, very theatrical. We even got to see that Barack Obama dress as worn by Katy Perry and it is every bit as magnificent in the flesh! We bought lots of products by Jelly Pong Pong, all for the amazing price of £12, but there will be more on that later! I also bought some amazing shoes, but I feel that they are so special they need a post of their own. Ruth and I plan on making it an annual event, it was such a good day, but next year we will plan in advance and take some lunch and a big bag to carry all of our bits and bobs! Sunshine & Sparkles.

Home.
So for a long time I didn't like being at home and couldn't wait to get away from it. Since being away my relationship with my mum has gone from next to nothing to something rather special and I phone her most days. Something I swore I would never do. I am going home today for a very brief visit and cannot wait! I go home properly for Christmas next week, but due to the clothes show I need to go home first. My boyfriend loves going home and I am so glad to be able to say that I am looking forward to it too! I will be geeking it up on the train with my DS and Macbook, I may aswell make the most of the free wifi! I'm rather looking forward to my adventure home. To be honest I love adventures in general, and feel that I should maybe have a few more! Sunshine & Sparkles.

Snow.

Ok so as mentioned earlier today I am an avid fan of Snow! I went for an adventure out in it today and took some pretty pictures. Excuse the quality as I had to use my phone camera which is decidedly under par! I also got to splash some snooty girls with a puddle! My inner child was sufficiently satisfied today! I am hoping for some more snow adventures soon.

Things I Love Thursday
Ok so thanking Miss Gala Darling once more I have decided that setting one day aside during the week to be specifically thankful and loving for things. Things that I am looking forward to or just generally feel the need to share! So here goes for the first week of many:
- SNOW! I was woken up this morning to be told to wrap up extra warm because it had snowed whilst I was sleeping! Now it's really beginning to feel like Christmas! I will have my wellingtons at the ready when I finally venture out!
- Tales of Beedle the Bard. My extra rude postman who makes me sign for my neighbours parcels handed me a rather inconspicuous white parcel and to my delight it was my newest treasure! After lunch I will be so fully engrossed in it I thought I had better sort this out first.
- Lesley Denford. Her blog is so cool and her artwork is something special! She is from Canada and I found her blog online and since then have been smitten! Check her out, she's a real cutie!
- The Fashion Show. This weekend I am going with my boyfriends sister to see the Fashion Show in Birmingham and am so very excited!! I even bought a pretty new dress for the occasion!
- Taking Pictures. I have just fished out our camera and started being rather snap happy around the flat, apparently I like taking pictures of my shoes! I will not post any pictures until I actually get good at taking them, but fingers crossed that wont take me too long!

Wish List!
New Outfit! by Lainey loop
Wow I love Polyvore!
So I just bought this skirt and have most of this outfit already (all be it slightly less designer forms of the same things!) but cannot wait until it arrives and I can parade around my flat thinking I'm the bees knees! Good times. Oh and the Iphone will be mine in April! Eeek, small squeak of excitement!

Polaroids!

Ok, so two posts in one day might be a bit greedy, but I am more interested in blurting out everything I think in this blog, rather than a boring run down of my daily activities, which lets face it with so much work going on are rather boring!
I recently discovered this programme for my computer thanks to the delectable Gala Darling!
Being the wanna be creative genius that I am, I thought that this is a much better way for me to get my photographic prowess out into the world!

Reading Out Loud
I have recently re-discovered the joys of reading my favourite book out loud. Being the massive Harry Potter fan that I am, I thought that would be the best place to start. Hearing my own voice isn't that great, but it means I really have to pay more attention to what I'm reading instead of whizzing through it like I normally do. Luckily for me my boyfriend has decided that he would like to read to me too, so now every night I get a chapter of The Deathly Hallows and it sends me off to Bedfordshire with no trouble at all! I am hoping that all of this will be good practice for my hopes of becoming a Primary school teacher. You never know, reading the Gruffalo, Charlie & Lola and The Very Hungry Caterpillar might actually pay off!

New Blog, New Start.
So recently I have been really dissatisfied with almost everything. Work was getting me down, being poorly all the time sucks, and not being as organised as I would like with university work is lame, so I have decided that today is the start of something new. I need some new focus and I love reading other peoples blogs so figured it was time I wrote my own. Even if nobody else ever reads this I will have still done something positive for me. If you like what I write then that's cool, but if not then maybe you need to find something positive for you. Happy reading!
